Dr. Bourget is a national pioneer in positive leadership and change strategies and has over twenty years of experience in leadership and organization transformation, coaching and consulting with leaders in businesses, government, and health care. Her firm, The Institute for Transformation Leaders and Consultants, specializes in practical, positive, easier, high-speed approaches to:

Dr. Bourget has taught at Boston University, Boston College, The Radcliffe Institute, Marymount University and The Federal Executive Institute.

She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Change (including studies at Harvard and MIT) and an M.A. in Psychology from Boston University. Her M. B. A and B. A. in Economics are from the University of Chicago. She has twenty years of experience in public speaking, has achieved her ATM Gold, has appeared on television and radio, and has spoken at many professional conferences in the USA and Europe. Her firm was a FAST Fast 50 nominee.

Dr. Bourget belongs to the Organization Development Network, and the U. S. and International Organization Transformation Networks. She is the author of many articles, several book chapters and books, and is currently writing a book on communicating for new economy change. She is listed in Who's Who Among Human Services Professionals. She grew up in a life of constant change as the daughter of a military officer, has traveled extensively, has lived in many places, and has consulted in 26 of the 50 states in the USA. Special interests include thinking, dancing, singing, wellness and the potential of the human mind.
